Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create and share. By posting, you grant PinPulse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify such content for the purposes of operating the Service.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post. PinPulse is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
Moderation: We may remove content at our discretion if it violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Content moderation is handled by place stewards and community reports — content is not automatically reviewed before it appears. You may also delete your own posts, messages, and updates at any time directly in the app.
AI-Generated Insights: PinPulse may use AI services to generate helpful information about places (such as tips, recommendations, and insights). Only place names and addresses are sent to AI providers—no personal identifiable information (PII) or sensitive data is transmitted. These insights are cached and not generated in real-time. AI-generated insights are provided as-is and may not be accurate or complete. You should verify important information from official sources.
Our IP: PinPulse, including its trademarks, logos, and original content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.
If you believe that content on PinPulse infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent:

Your notice must include: (1) a signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location in the app; (4) your contact information; (5) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
We will respond to valid DMCA notices by removing or disabling access to the identified content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated in accordance with Section 11.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reliance on user-generated content.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If material changes occur, we will notify users through the app or other communication methods. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
